Care Instructions
• Hand Wash Only: Avoid the dishwasher—gently wash by hand.
• Rinse & Dry Quickly: Use warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately with a clean towel.
• Keep It Conditioned: Apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil to the olive wood portion after cleaning and drying—at least once a month or whenever the board feels dry.
• No Soaking: Don’t leave your board submerged in water, as this can cause warping or damage.
