Return & Replacement Policy
At ClosingGiftCo.com, all of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns on most orders. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Items with names, initials, addresses, dates, logos, or custom graphics

Closing gifts personalized for clients or properties

Promotional items and bulk orders with custom branding
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
When an art proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details, including spelling, punctuation, layout, and design accuracy.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final art proof

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Misspellings

Incorrect dates, names, or addresses

Incorrect logos or graphics

Any errors resulting from customer-provided information

Approved proofs are considered authorization to proceed with production.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace it.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required

Damage must be related to shipping, not normal wear or misuse
Once verified, we will remake and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item

Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (natural materials vary)

Delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has shipped

Incorrect personalization provided by the customer

Approved artwork errors
