ARTWORK GUIDELINES

The following are ClosingGiftCo.com's artwork guidelines. If you're not sure whether your artwork is usable, feel free to reach out to our art department at art@closinggiftco.com. We’re happy to help!

To ensure the best results, all orders should be submitted with sharp, vector-format artwork. If you have any questions about your files, we’re happy to help!

What is Vector Artwork?
Vector artwork is 2D artwork created using mathematical lines and curves. Unlike other image types, vector files don’t depend on resolution — meaning they can be scaled infinitely without losing quality.

Common vector file types include:
.ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr,.svg,.png

Important Note:
While these file types are typically vector, they can contain non-vector (bitmap) art. If you’re unsure whether your file is true vector artwork, feel free to reach out to our art department at art@closinggiftco.com — we’re happy to take a look!

The images below show the difference between crisp, high-quality vector artwork and low quality bitmap artwork.

Please note:
If a low-quality image is uploaded, there may be a delay in processing your order while we reach out to you or adjust your logo to meet our engraving requirements. We want to make sure your final product looks its absolute best—thank you for your understanding!
