I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Production time is 3-4 business days for non-bulk orders, not including weekends or holidays.
Please note: Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Production time for bulk orders:
Larger orders may require additional production time. If you’d like an estimated timeline for your specific order, feel free to reach out to us at info@closinggiftco.com—we’re happy to provide a production timeframe tailored to your order size.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order leaves our shop, transit time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Shipping timeframes are estimated in transit days (Monday–Saturday) and are as follows:
Economy: 5–8 days
Standard: 3–4 days
Express: 1–2 days
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our quick turnaround times and personalized engraving process, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom engraved, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if something isn’t right with your order (wrong item received, item arrived damaged, etc.), please reach out to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to make it right.
Will you provide an art proof for my order?
Art proofs are provided for awards, plaques and custom logo cut leather hat patches only and must be approved before engraving. All other items are engraved and shipped without proofs.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
While it’s rare, breakage can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no charge.
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery and email the following to info@closinggiftco.com:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
We’ll file a claim with the carrier, so please hold onto all packaging materials for inspection.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email info@closinggiftco.com with the correct address.
We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. In some cases, we may not see your message in time. If your order ships before the correction is made, we’re happy to reship it once it's returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Engraving & Quality Commitment
At Closing Gift Co., we take pride in the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If there’s ever an issue with the engraving itself, we’ll correct it as quickly as possible — and at no cost to you.
Please Note: The following are natural characteristics of molded glassware, wood, marble and slate and are not considered defects:
Tiny Bumps on Glass: Small bumps may occur during the glass molding process and are common.
Bubbles (a.k.a. “Seeds”) in Glass: Tiny air bubbles sometimes get trapped in the glass during production. These are typical in molded glassware and do not affect quality.
Wood Characteristics: Since wood is a natural material, each piece is truly one of a kind! While your item will be made from the same type of wood shown in the photo, the grain and character will be beautifully unique.
Slate Characteristics: Slate finish varies from piece to piece, so no two items will look exactly alike—each one has its own special pattern and charm.
Marble Characteristics: Each piece of marble is naturally unique, with variations in veining and subtle shifts in tone that give it individual character.
