Because all of our products are engraved and made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please take a moment to double-check your personalization, product selections, and order details before completing your purchase.
Of course, if something isn't right with your order, such as an item arriving damaged, receiving the wrong item, or an error on our part, please reach out to us at info@closinggiftco.com. We stand behind our work and will always do our best to make things right.
Damaged or Broken Items
While it's rare, damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s), the original packaging, and the shipping box.
Please hold onto all packaging materials, as they may be needed for the carrier claim.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we don't accept cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to ordering.
